SCC connects Sabae-based companies with both Japanese and foreign creators providing a space for individual brands where they can appeal to consumers directly while enjoying the atmosphere of the interior. In addition, our multifunctional space and facilities can be freely used by people of various occupational backgrounds, such as designers.
1. Marketing test space
New products and prototypes of about 30 companies, mainly eyeglasses, textiles, and lacquerware will be exhibited. Visitors can come and experience the products in person as well as purchase them. In addition, some products will also be used inside the facilities.
2. Meeting Space
Equipped with an oval table made with Echizen-style lacquer finish. Members can hold business talks and meetings with up to 12 people. A large mobile monitor is available for use, supporting business negotiations both outside the prefecture as well as overseas via the web.
3. Concierge
Residing in the SCC, the concierge provides information on facilities, explanations of products and the industry, and information on local companies, creators and experts. Utilizing the network of the Chamber of Commerce, the concierge can connect you to key people and companies, both in and outside of the region.
4. SCC Cafe
Inside SCC Cafe, there are four cafes available daily. There are bagels, baked goods, and light snacks, and coffee is available to-go. Please use SCC Cafe as a place to refresh and mingle. Coffee tickets are also available for sale.

5. Exhibition sales space
Exhibition and sales space located at the main entrance. In the center, there is a C-type fixture with a motif of a Landolt Ring Chart often used for eyesight tests. With a focus on glasses, textiles, and lacquerware, a selection of popular products are also lined up and displayed. Equipment fixtures can be disassembled into six parts for customization, and be used for regular exhibitions and events.
6. Presentation space
Information center complete with cameras, audio equipment, lighting, etc. In addition to arranging product introductions and press conferences, you can distribute videos through social media such as YouTube.
7. Multi-use space
Multipurpose space. There are outlets through the table, sofa, and floor. It can be used not only as a co-working and meeting space but also as a community lounge.

8. Event space
Event space for up to 50 people. Equipped with a large high-image projector on the ceiling that can be used for events, seminars, talk sessions, press conferences, movie screenings, fashion shows, etc.
(The entire space can accommodate up to 200 people.)
9. Prototyping / Production space
This is a space where you can create prototypes from an idea, planning up to the actual design. There is one laser processing machine, one large format printer, and two work desks. Machines are available for use by the general public as well as companies. It can also be used for events such as craft making workshops.
